We therefore spend a great deal of resources on personnel development, training and organisational development with the purpose of further improving the professional and personal qualifications of our employees. Our employees are given the opportunity and are encouraged to develop both professionally and personally. The personal development of the individual employee takes place both in the current job and through job rotation, and is aided by major training efforts.
