The Rockwool Group is constantly focusing on human resources. Respect for the individual employee, the employee's possibilities of developing within the Group and good working conditions have high priority.
Qualified human resources are the most important condition for being able to maintain our leading international position. We therefore spend a great deal of resources on personnel development, training and organisational development with the purpose of further improving the professional and personal qualifications of our employees. Our employees are given the opportunity and are encouraged to develop both professionally and personally. The personal development of the individual employee takes place both in the current job and through job rotation, and is aided by major training efforts.
We expect our employees to be prepared to work with their own personal development. The educational background of the employee is not decisive for us, the most important thing is that the employee shows the ability and the will to develop with the tasks and the organisation.
